Injury Lawyers Not For You | NoCompensation4U.com

The reality about Laws meant to protect employees, about lawyers who enforce them and No Win No Fee services.

For workers, in countries where there are laws to protect them from employers’ negligence, there are lawyers to ensure that workers are never exploited by their employer if they can afford them. For those that can’t afford legal services there are lawyers who offer a No Win No Fee Service. You think so?

No Win No Fee – Injury Lawyers Acting For You

For workers, in countries where there are laws to protect them from employers’ negligence, there are lawyers to ensure that workers are never exploited by their employers and (even if the injured employee can’t afford them) they can use a lawyer who offers a No Win No Fee service – or so they are led to believe by the barrage of adverts for these apparently equitable services. These adverts offer words to the effect:

“I fell over at work and hurt my leg” – Then you can have £4,000!

“A cupboard landed on my head, while I was at work and knocked me unconscious” – Then you can have £6,000!

“My leg was cut off at work because a machine I was using had it safety guard removed” – Then you can have £500,000!

The adverts often end with – words to the effect:

“You can keep 100% of your compensation and you pay nothing even if we lose!”

The Truth of Laws and No Win No Fee Lawyers

The lawyers that offer this service DO NOT offer it to everybody. The offer it to those workers who present cases that the lawyers are completely confident they can win. Even if they lose your case the lawyers still win!

Fees for Losing Lawyers

Many (if not all) lawyers take out insurance on most (if not all) cases. This means they cannot lose. Also, this acts as a guide to the possibility of losing any case. If lawyers cannot get insurance cover against losing a case against any employer, no matter how responsible for injury that employer is, they will not offer a No Win No Fee service to that person.
